Nink Chayanee Niljianskul has been working in the film industry since 2018. Nink is known for her work as an independent Assistant Director and Art Coordinator in the international film production scenes in Bangkok. Graduating from the University of Sussex in the UK, she has made several awards-winning shorts and videos with her university’s society, UniTV. Upon returning to Thailand, she has worked in both the local and international productions filming in Bangkok and all over Thailand. Nink is now pursuing a career in a role of Assistant Director while also seeking other opportunities and experiences all across the industry. In 2022, Nink has had an opportunity to direct, for the first time, a student short film at UCLA summer school. That’s when Nink has come across the fun in having creative decisions in filmmaking. She has since looked for opportunity to work in a more creative position including Art Direction. After working creatively on other short films for a while, Nink was inspired to write and direct a self-funded short of her own.
