While Chonburi was positioned as a central base to drive Thailand's economy, its development brings about an expanding dumpsite that has grown as tall as a big mountain giving off putrid stench over the radius of 10 kilometers.

พริมริน พัวรัตน์ Primrin Puarat
Primrin Puarat (b.1993, Thailand) is an independent film director and producer. She graduated from Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Communication Arts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Film. Her short documentary ‘Pae-In’ (2016) won the documentary prize from the Thai Short Film & Video Film Festival 2016 and was screened at the Asia University Film Festival, Beijing in 2017. Primrin is an alumnus of American Film Showcase’s ASEAN Regional Short Documentary Production and Story Development Workshop in Luang Prabang, Laos. Primrin is developing her first feature documentary.
