เรื่องราวของ "เต่ามะเฟือง" ที่ได้ชื่อว่าเป็นสายพันธุ์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก โดยมองผ่านเลนส์ของเด็กวัย 12 ขวบ ที่บันทึกเรื่องราวการเดินทางของเต่าทะเลในประเทศไทยตลอด 6 ปี ตั้งแต่การลดลงของประชากร สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการวางไข่น้อยลง และวิธีการรักษาบ้านของเต่าทะเล เพื่อให้สามารถกลับมาวางไข่ได้ “หากเราทุกคนพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ เราจะสามารถรักษาบ้านของเต่าทะเล… และบ้านของเราได้”
