As the impacts of climate change in our lives are becoming more severe, what is the role of films in raising awareness and making changes so that the earth could become more livable for the next generations and ours? What exactly are climate change films?
CCCL would like to invite everyone to become a part of this conversation and answer these questions together about the role of movies in climate action from different perspectives:
(1) Thida Plitpholkarnpim - the founder of Documentary Club, (2) Phatcharirat Bunto - a filmmaker and the production team crew member of the short-film “My Village,” which won the CCCL 2020 Honorable Mention award, and (3) Tara Buakamsri - an activist and the founder of Greenpeace Southeast Asia
